Jon started in the Medicare insurance field in 2005 with Humana. He worked for them for 15 years before starting his own agency, Schwenker Insurance. Jon specializes in Medicare Supplements, Medicare Advantage and Medicare Prescription Drugs plans. He can also assist you with Hospital Indemnity plans, Prescription Drug and Vision plans along with Final Expenses/Life Insurance.
Jon married Arden July 13, 2019. They live in Maquoketa, Iowa with their two labs (Nash and Elly May) along with 3 cats (Buck, Ivy and Gizmo). When Jon married Arden he finally got his boy, Dillon.
Jon’s hobbies include keeping up with the acreage, planting and maintaining wildlife food plots, hunting, fishing and pulling weeds out of the garden.
Jon likes to volunteer at the Quad Cities Veterans Outreach Center, calling bingo at senior living centers and doing anything to help in his community.
Arden managed a third party medical billing service for 11 years before resigning in 2021 to join Jon at Schwenker Insurance. She has extensive experience in claims billing and coding and will bring that knowledge to help assist our clients.
Arden met Jon in 2005 and together they raised Dillon. In addition, they have added the two labs and three cats. There is never a dull moment in the Schwenker household.
Arden’s hobbies include reading, gardening, walking the dogs, and spending time with her girlfriends. She loves to travel and frequents Algoma, WI.
As a breast and ovarian cancer survivor, Arden likes to give back by helping support research for cures. She is an advocate for early detection and community awareness.
